Up to 10 files · 50 MB each
The .webp file your browser saved, up to 50 MB (up to 10 files at once).
The picture is flattened onto white and every area darker than mid-gray gets a closed outline.
Open the DXF in LightBurn, Fusion 360 or AutoCAD and set its real size.
Many websites serve pictures as WebP, so “Save image as” often gives you a .webp file instead of a JPG or PNG. Many CAD and laser programs cannot open WebP, and those that import pictures place them as an image, not as outlines to cut. This converter traces the picture into outlines your software can cut, engrave or edit.
| In the WebP | Before tracing |
|---|---|
| Transparent background | Filled with white, so only the artwork is outlined |
| Animation | Only the first frame is used |
| Colors | Turned to gray; anything darker than mid-gray is traced |
| Light parts (yellow, pale gray) | Treated as background and left out |
Each dark area becomes a closed POLYLINE, with a separate outline for every hole. There is no fill, color or unit in the file: one pixel of the WebP is one drawing unit, so a picture 600 pixels wide arrives 600 units wide.
